Targeting the Supporters

  • Who Funds the Right - Your data source for information on which American companies fund the right, sponsor right wing news, rolled back diversity, have right wing owners...
  • Progressive Shopper - "Put your money where your values are."
  • Who Advertises On - Open Data About Sponsors of Right Wing Cable Channels - Sometimes the best way to go after "them" is to contact their advertisers.  Following them on Bluesky is worthwhile and seems to be more up-to-date than their main site.The People's Union - See who they are targeting with boycotts
  • DEI Watch - This guide is broken into three categories: 1) DISMANTLED - companies that have ended or scaled back their DEI efforts (one *asterisk if scaled back or two  **asterisk if adversaries); 2) COMMITTED - companies that have active DEI initiatives; and 3) FUNDERS - organizations that donated significantly to Trump's 2024 campaign or inauguration. Each company is hyperlinked to the source of this data for full transparency. 
  • Accountable US - This one is undergoing maintenance, but try again later.  It has some great tools when it's working.

Heather Cox Richardson / Letters From an American

Even on days I am avoiding politics, I never miss reading Heather Cox Richardson's daily newsletter.  I have found this to be the absolute most reliable starting point for the news.  She includes links and sources.  She does not sensationalize.  It's free, but if anybody wants to pay they can.  I read her letters for a couple of years, then decided I wanted to be a paying reader because I was so thankful for her voice in this madness.
