Prepare to be disgusted. The website AIPAC Tracker is fascinating, but every time I go to it, I feel the urge to live in a hut off-grid in the wilderness. But, if there is any hope for this country, we need to stay in the fight against corruption. The thing is, BOTH parties are taking big money from AIPAC. I am sick to death of big money in politics. AIPAC isn't the only big money buying politicians but this site is definitely an eye-opener as to just how many politicians are willing to sell out.
The number one AIPAC recipient is a Democrat. 19 million dollars!
There are several pages on the site that you'll definitely want to look over.
The STATE BY STATE page is the big story. Scroll down to Georgia and prepare to feel betrayed.
The POTENTIAL 2028 PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATES page is pretty interesting. The only ones on the page that don't accept AIPAC money are Ro Khanna and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.
The TOP DONORS page shows who is supporting AIPAC. The top donor is the founder of WhatsApp.
The HALL OF SHAME page is not about which candidates get the most AIPAC money in total, but rather which candidates have AIPAC as their all time top donor. Two Georgians are on this list - Brian Jack (R) and Nikema Williams (D). This page includes 8 Senators and 72 Representatives. 36 are Republicans and 44 are Democrats.
AIPAC is largely funded by billionaires and corporate executives. Find more information on AIPAC Donors here.
I found this interesting bit on the FAQ page:
WHY DO SOME PRO-ISRAEL MEMBERS OF CONGRESS ONLY RECEIVE SMALL DONATIONS FROM THE ISRAEL LOBBY? Their consistent voting record means they don't require heavy funding to secure their support. The lobby saves its resources for competitive races or to influence uncertain lawmakers. Essentially, their reliable vote is already "bought" with their own policy positions, making large donations unnecessary.

"A new investigation found more than $15 million in unreported Israeli Ministry of Defense funding for weapons research at American universities, including Columbia, Cornell, Princeton, Harvard, and MIT.
As one expert put it: "No self-respecting university should accept funding from Israel, given its destabilizing, destructive, and inhumane use of U.S. weapons.”

| These candidates are 100% AIPAC free. I *hope* they aren't the only ones. I'd love to know how these candidates made the list. Are they the ones who signed the pledge? Click to Enlarge |
